Academic Operations Co-Ordinator

Job Description

Direct Reporting Line: 
Head – Academic Operations 

Job Purpose: 

The Academic Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, providing support and generally overseeing the events and initiatives to enhance and improve the overall student experience. 

Key Performance Area: 

  • Consult with students and parents daily to resolve queries 
  • Assist with student orientation 
  • Prepare communication for notice boards 
  • Assist Management in setting up the student / lecturer timetables 
  • Inform students and lecturers of all academic planner or timetables 
  • Attend and assist in academic / lecturer meetings 
  • Compile graduation lists 
  • Review assessment timetables 

Person Description 

Education: 

Minimum requirements 

  • Higher Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration 

 Work Experience: 

  • 3 Years’ experience in Administration and Customer Service 

Physical Job Requirements: 

  • Customer Service 
  • Saturday work will be required
