Job Openings: Cashier
Key Responsibilities
- Drive current trade through reaction and agility to ensure planned sales are met or exceeded.
- Develop proactive action plans to address product performance issues.
- Monitor and manage sales by style, pre-production timelines, and performance milestones.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery issues.
- Conduct competitor analysis and store visits.
- Compile and present post mortem and seasonal strategies.
- Responsible for assortment building and verifying KPIs and sales targets alignment.
- Travel locally and abroad to assess market trends.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design or Clothing Management.
- 3-4 years buying experience.
- Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fibers, quality.
- Trading mentality, negotiation & presentation skills, product knowledge.
- Understanding of merchandise process.
Job Openings: Call Centre Agent
Purpose
The Trace Agent is responsible for improving debtor contact and collections/recoveries by tracing current uncontactable customers whose accounts are in arrears.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracing, locating, and contacting absconded and delinquent customers to collect overdue installments.
- Updating customers’ personal information.
