ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

SALARY:R275 508 per annum
CENTRE:Bloemfontein Regional Office

REQUIREMENTS:A three year tertiary qualificationin Public Management/Property Management/Real Estate Managementor equal skills with fabulous ride in leasing and administrations. Computer literate. Excellent verbal and written conversation skills. Knowledge and perception of authorities procurement strategies and regulations, PFMA and PPPFA/SCM, Understanding of property market and its trends. Valid driver’s license.

DUTIES:Acquisition of vacant land and or land with enchancment there on and constant property. Negotiate with proprietors for acquisition of land/fixed property and rights thereof for use by means of customers Departments. Maintain the property Information System for all leased property to make certain timeous condominium payments. Prepare and bring together reviews required by means of Head of Section and supervisor. Advice supervisor and/or consumers on problems associated to property acquisition, lift out website inspections to make sure consumers satisfaction. Drafting of hire contracts and other documents. Liaise with Clients Departments and Building proprietors and rent administrator to make sure consumers satisfaction.
