REQUIREMENTS:A Senior / Grade 12 Certificate. One (1) to two (2) years’ journey in normal workplace administration and facts shooting will serve as an brought advantage. Experience in the country wide water use registration process. Knowledgeof the National Water Act, (Act 36 of 1998) and different applicable legislations. DUTIES:Advising customers of the system to observe for water use software requests and alternate of possession registration. Assist customers in finishing software forms. Quality tests completion of software varieties and seize the information. Amend statistics of registered customers as per accredited outcome. Generate affirmation documents. Prepare registration certificates for approval. Copy and ship out registration certificates to registered users. Keep data of correspondences obtained from the customers in the relevantfiles. Fulfil assist desk functions.
