Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a WOW experience
- Attend to the unique needs of each customer, always putting their satisfaction first
- Ensure prompt and relevant service on the sales floor and by telephone
- Adhere to all customer service standards
- Assist customers in determining product requirements and advise on product range, price, and warranties
- Demonstrate, explain, and advise on products to customers
- Execute sales transactions and promote add-on sales and services
- Ensure correct pricing and display of goods
- Plan and execute promotions effectively
- Maintain merchandising, layouts, and housekeeping standards
- Participate in stock takes and minimize stock loss
- Maximize sales and minimize expenses in your area of responsibility

Entry Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- 6 months retail experience
- Own or reliable transport for shift work
General Responsibilities:
- Undertake any other relevant duties requested by Senior Management
- Participate in mandatory service training
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
- Undertake regular appraisals and personal development reviews
- Stay up to date with current SOP’s
- Cooperate fully in the introduction of new technology and methods
